Welcome to Easyy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use Easyy — a WhatsApp and Telegram bot that provides AI-powered analysis of stocks and mutual funds for Indian investors.

By using Easyy, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

We do not require account creation, registration, or any personally identifiable information to use Easyy. The primary input we process is the stock name, ticker symbol, or mutual fund name you send to the bot.

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any financial credentials.
• We do not build user profiles or track behavior across sessions.
• We do not use cookies or tracking pixels on this website.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you interact with the Easyy bot, the messaging platform (WhatsApp or Telegram) transmits a unique platform user ID to our server as part of normal webhook delivery. We use this ID solely to route the response back to you — it is not stored, linked to any personal profile, or used for any other purpose.

2.3 Usage and Technical Data

Our server may log standard technical information such as request timestamps and error events for operational monitoring. These logs do not contain message content and are retained only as long as necessary for debugging and service stability.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above exclusively to operate and improve the Easyy service:

• To identify the stock or mutual fund you are asking about.
• To fetch publicly available market data and generate an AI-powered analysis.
• To deliver the response back to you via the messaging platform.
• To cache analysis results (keyed by ticker/fund name, not user identity) to improve response speed.
• To detect and prevent abuse, such as automated scraping or rate-limit violations.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the service.

4. Storage & Security

All communication between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. We apply input validation, rate limiting, and concurrency controls to protect the service.

Analysis responses may be temporarily cached in memory and in Supabase (our database provider) to reduce latency. Cached entries are keyed by the anonymized query (e.g., ticker symbol) and contain no user-identifiable information. Cache entries expire automatically based on data freshness signals.

We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

5. Sharing of Information

Easyy does not sell or share your personal information with any third party. Data is shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• Market data providers: Our server queries public sources (Google Finance, Screener.in, MFAPI, yfinance) independently. We do not transmit your identity or query content to these services in a way that identifies you.
• AI provider: Stock/fund names and publicly available financial data are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate analysis. No personally identifiable information is included in these requests.
• Messaging platforms: Message delivery is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) and Telegram. Their respective privacy policies govern data processed on their platforms.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

6. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary:

• In-memory caches: up to 48 hours for stock data, up to 168 hours (7 days) for mutual fund data.
• Supabase cache entries: subject to the same TTL windows above.
• Server logs: retained for a short operational period (typically 7–30 days) and then discarded.

We do not maintain a long-term history of your queries or conversations.

7. Your Rights

Because Easyy does not collect personally identifiable information, there is generally no personal data to access, correct, or delete. If you believe we have inadvertently stored information about you, or if you have any privacy concerns, please contact us at the address below and we will respond promptly.

8. Children's Privacy

Easyy is intended for adults making investment decisions. We do not knowingly collect or process information from individuals under the age of 18. If you are aware of a minor using the service, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
